Hello, My name is J Arthur Coley (just call me J) and I am a native of Fayetteville Ga. I have been involved in the world of Real Estate since working as a loan officer and mortgage broker during my college days in the early 80’s (ouch!) My primary career for over 20 years was a criminal and civil investigator in both the public and private sector. After retiring I was licensed as a Real Estate salesperson and broker in the state of Mississippi. It was there by the grace of God that I met and partnered with my beautiful wife Pamela. Soon after we moved to Atlanta and ultimately founded All 3 Realty. I have the pleasure of working with my family and our incredible crew on a daily basis. What a gift! Whatever spare time we can squeeze in we train and participate in triathlons and similar events around the country and abroad. As for me, God and family come first. Everything else will fall in line.
What did you want to be when you grew up? A Professional Football Player
If you could take the full day off of work, how would you spend it? Two miles off the coast, on a boat, relaxing with my wife.
What makes you laugh most? My grandchildren.
Whats up guys! My name Trent Ratliff, I am the President of Management and a partner here at All 3 Realty. After I graduated from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) I went to work in the commercial and residential development sector. As the market changed, I used my experience to enter into Residential Property Management. As a NARPM (National Association of Property Managers) leader, I chaired numerous national and local committees and in 2018 I was the President for the Atlanta Chapter. In my free time, I like to spend time with my beautiful wife, Ellen & our 3 adorable children and cheer on Atlanta and UGA Football !

Hey Y all! I am Kayla Sharp and I am the Property Manager here at All3. I have been a licensed Realtor® since 2013. I have been with All 3 Realty since Day 1 (Pam and J are my parents). What did you want to be when you grew up? Most kids wanted to be a Doctor or an Astronaut. I wanted to be a cashier.
If you had to describe yourself as an animal, which one would it be? Definitely a Goldendoodle. I like to think that I am easy to get along with, happy go lucky, I have bursts of energy but then also like to lay around and do absolutely nothing. I also eat every meal like I haven’t had food in 3 days haha!
What is on your bucket list? To qualify for Kona World Championships in the Ironman Triathlon Distance!
I am Barb Dull and I am the Accounting Administrator & Realtor®. After earning my Accounting Degree, I spent many years as a Corporate Staff Accountant before joining the A3R team. I handle the Accounting of the escrow accounts and my goal is to be a good steward of the owners' funds. In my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends and anything that involves sunshine!

There’s a lot of different things we all focus on as people (we all know how busy things can get) but my main focus would have to be my wife, Lindsey and my two little girls, Ryann and Emory. Music and drums are also a big part of my life ever since I was young. I also play drums for a band, The Hero and a Monster. We like to have a good ole’ time if you ever want to check us out!
